By registering for the Dare to Declare Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing registration.

Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 14 days before the event. After that time, no transfer or refund will be permitted.

Recording & Media Use
Full sessions, speeches, workshops, or keynote content may not be recorded. You may record short clips for social media sharing only. Any recordings beyond this may be subject to removal of the content or removal from the event. Dare to Declare does not provide full session recordings.

Copyright & Intellectual Property
All materials shared at the event, including slide decks, handouts, video, audio, workshops, and other content, are the intellectual property of Dare to Declare and/or the speakers. You agree not to copy, distribute, or sell any of the event content without express written permission.

Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these terms without refund.

Privacy & Data Use
You consent to your personal data (name, contact information, dietary restrictions, etc.) being used for event logistics, communications, and occasionally marketing of Dare to Declare. Some of your data will be shared with the venue and relevant service providers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Age Requirement
Attendees must be at least 18 years old to register.

Photography & Media Release
You agree that photographers and videographers may capture images and footage of you during event activities. These may be used by Dare to Declare for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional consent or compensation.

Liability Waiver
You attend the event at your own risk. Dare to Declare, the venue, and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred, except where required by law.

Hotel & Travel Arrangements
You are responsible for your own travel and lodging.
To get the special conference rate, you must book through the Dare to Declare conference booking link.
If you want to stay additional nights before or after the conference, reserve the conference dates first using the special link, then call White Oaks Resort & Spa at 1-800-263-5766 to add extra nights. They will try to keep you in the same room, but this is not guaranteed.

Changes to the Event
Dare to Declare reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, or venue, if needed. We will do our best to inform attendees in advance of any major changes.

Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond our control arise (weather, illness, travel restrictions, etc.), Dare to Declare may postpone, cancel, or alter the event. We are not liable for associated travel or lodging costs under such circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing registration and payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
